Mr. J.S. Nayol is engaged in the trade of Car Sale Purchase for the last 20 years. This was when there were only 8-10 dealers in Delhi. He has also been involved in active politics for the last 18-20 years.

Seeing his style of selfless service to work for the welfare of the public by rising above party politics, the Congress party nominated  him as a candidate to contest the MCD Elections 2007.

In the year 2001 upon pressing by a couple of close friends and insisting by the Car Sale Purchase Dealers of Delhi, it was decided that Mr.Nayol should form an association for the welfare and betterment of the people of the trade and the dealers should not suffer at the hands of others. Thus an Association was formed in the year 2001. Keeping in view Mr.Nayol’s Political connections and his desire to serve the public he was elected the President of the Association without any election and unopposed. All the dealers knew that he was a thorough, dedicated and hard working person and had been actively involved in social service for the last so many years.

Firstly, North-West Car Dealers Association Delhi was formed in the year 2001. Then it became Delhi Pradesh Car Dealers Association 2003 and today after six years it is a matter of great honour for all of us that All India Car Dealers Association (AICDA) has been formed since the last two years.

It is a pleasure to see that under Mr.Nayol’s dynamic leadership all the dealers of almost all states of India have become united under the banner of AICDA There has been an image makeover in the reputation of the Car Sale Purchase Dealers of India.

No doubt, it is with the good wishes, efforts & contribution of all the dealers that this could be achieved. Be it an inter dealer problem or a party related problem or problem related to the Police or Bank. It has been Mr Nayol’ and the association’s top priority to solve it at the earliest. The name of the association is referred to with the highest regards in the beurocratic, political & social circles of the Society.

It is indeed a great achievement to see the respect and regards our association has earned in the eyes of the public. Mr.Nayol and the Governing Body of AICDA have made it mandatory for all the members to practice transparent and fair dealing along with clear documentation, so that the dealer’s image improves in the eyes of the general customer and society.

Mr. Nayol assures that as the National President of AICDA, he will strive to serve the dealers and the society by heart and soul. He also assures all the dealers that “I will struggle and fight at all levels for the welfare of the dealers and will always try to do the best for them.

His Motto is;

Mr.Gill was working as a very small and a low profile car Sale/Purchase Dealer for the last about 10-12 years. He was a man of a very small social and official circle. Very few people in the trade knew him by his name.  Upon formation of the North West Car Dealers Association in the year 2001, Mr.J.S. Nayol absorbed him in the field of social service. He was elected the general secretary of the Association. He had never been associated to any kind of social service in his life in the past. Upon getting a chance to serve mankind he showed the world that he also cares for the public and can serve human beings without any greed. He did earn name and people started recognizing him by his name and by his face. It is all the grace of god and the well wishes of all the dealer brothers who have given him so much regard and respect in these years.
