 While Going To Buy/Sell A Second Hand Vehicle Particulars of
Second Hand Vehicles to be Checked Carefully

1. Engine Number --- Should not be punched

2. Chassis Number --- There should be no welding on the plate.

3. Registration Book Should not be fake or duplicate.

4. Identity of the registered owner. Should be verified properly.

5. TRY TO VERIFY ANY OF THE BELOW MENTIONED DOCUMENTS AS PROOF.

                (a) Residence of registered Owner.

                (b) Ration Card.

                (c) Election Card.

                (d) Passport.

                (e) Driving Licence.

                (f) Income Tax permanent Number.

                (g) Telephone Bill.

                (h) Electricity Bill.

                (i) Latest Bank Account Statement or Credit card statement.
